Fikre-Yesus Mesfen is a registered Practicing Professional Architect practicing architecture since 2001 in the United States and Ethiopia. He has been involved in the complete design and construction supervision of various projects including residential, commercial, financial institutions, educational facilities, healthcare, religious and industrial facilities. Currently he is the project architect supervising construction and making design amendment, modifications and enhancements to The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia (FDRE) Grand Palace New Guest House (Prime Minister Residence) project in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
As a project architect he worked on the Convention Center and Council's office building complex of the Amhara National Regional State which features a parliament for 760 parliamentarians, an 11 storey office building, a convention center for 2500 people complete with all conference activities and a collection of multipurpose halls for 500, 200, 100 and 50 peoples. The project was a first prize winner in a nationally contested design competition and currently under construction with estimated cost of 22 million Euros.
He also worked as a project architect on Gullele Botanical Garden- Agora 2 project which was a first prize winner in an international contested design. The Botanical Garden is the first kind in Ethiopia and it's envisages enabling the study of nature, promotion of sustainable use of biodiversity resources and demonstration of appropriate environmental technologies. Fikre-Yesus was also involved on the Master Plan Design for the African Village with estimated project cost of 128 million Euros and the head quarter for Bank of Abyssinia estimated cost of 9 million Euros.

Minassie Aytenfisu is registered Practicing Professional Architect practicing architecture since 1998 in Ethiopia. Participated on the design and development, preparation of construction documents, supervision and contract administration works of a number of projects.Most recent projects include the competition entry for the New Head Quarters Building of The Commercial Bank of Ethiopia in collaboration with Addis Mebratu Consulting Architects and Engineers, SYNERGY International, and Art & Build where the latter two are based in Brussels.
Other projects include The Councils Office and Convention Center Complex for the Amhara National Regional State, Mixed Use Complex for the Ethiopian Red Cross Society, Mixed Use Complex for The Maritime and Transit Services Enterprise, Federal Police Commission Headquarters, Developments in the Grand Palace, Relief Society of Tigray Head Office and several competition entries.

Brook Tefera is a registered Practicing Architect practicing architecture since 2004 in Ethiopia. He has been involved in the complete design, supervision and contract administration of different buildings including residential, commercial and industrial nature. His most recent buildings include the Convention Centre and Councils Office Building Complex for the Amhara National Regional State in Bahirdar, the Hope University College and the Black Lion Hospital Kitchen projects in Addis Ababa. He was awarded the second prize for the architectural and landscaping design competition for the Meskel Square in Addis Ababa in 2010. He was an active team member representing Abba Architects in the University Capacity Building Program (UCBP) organized by the Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Ministry of Capacity Building (MOCB). He was involved in the Master plans of the different Universities as well as the dormitory and cafeteria building designs. His experience ranges from exploring the Cost Efficient Design (CED) methodologies to the Construction management of different projects.
Brook has an extensive experience working with foreign architectural firms. He is the project architect for Yemreha Apartments and SPA complex; a building complex developed in collaboration with Koffi + Diabate Architects from Ivory Coast and DOS Architects from London, U.K. He was the team leader for the competition entry of the Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) Headquarters building in collaboration with SeARCH, an AGA KHAN award winning company from the Netherlands in 2009. The entry won a Special Honourable Mention.

Dawit Solomon is a registered Professional Structural Engineer practicing structural engineering since 2007 in United Kingdom a=s well as in Ethiopia. He has gained a wide range of experience from different kinds of projects in structural design from refurbishment of listed building to the design of multi-storey reinforced concrete buildings both in Ethiopia and the United Kingdom. His expertise in wide-ranging structural design related disciplines has been gained through the various positions he has held and roles he has played at a number of projects since 2007.
